downloading a deleted download

I downloaded a box set in HD......I then changed my subscription, still pay for box sets but not HD. Then, of course, I couldn't view the box set, so I deleted it and pressed download again, but made sure I checked SD......I cannot download the first 2 episodes....the others are pending...suggestions please??? I have been going round in ever decreasing circles on the sky website trying to get an answer, this forum is my last resort! Thank you

Re: downloading a deleted download

Make sure you've also deleted it from the Deleted section.

If that doesn't work then try a planner rebuild or reboot the box.

Why are you assuming it's not Sky Q in use? Sky Q does not have a planner.

Re: downloading a deleted download

I gave the option for both, hence the 'or' part of what I put.

To avoid any confusion, you should have said if you have an HD+box, do XYZ or if you have a Sky Q box, do ABC. That would have avoided any confusion of trying to find the planner with a Q box since Q doesn't have a planner.

If you have nothing constructive to say then it's probably best you don't rather than pick up on someone else who is trying to help.

Maybe you could have told us you had a Sky Q system in your first post, see it swings both ways 🙄

The more information people supply the less guessing helper have to do, there are far more non-Sky Q users so unless specified it is more likely we will asume sky/sky+

I don't assume because chances are you'd be wrong.
