Just got my Sky anytime+ box today and is all working great but how does it work? why do we have the little box and why cant it work like the normal sky anytime?
Also do i have to keep the box on all the time or can i switch it off at night?

Yes, you can switch it off at night.
Anytime+ content is downloaded via either an ethernet cable(Going from your sky router to your Sky box) or a wireless connection.(Which you can buy off Sky for £60)

Anytime+ is delivered via your broadband connection. Anytime (now called Showcase) comes via your dish.
