I have a Sky+HD and Sky+ box, but on the HD box I only have 19 programmes within Anytime but on the Sky+ box it has over 50 programmes. My package is HD with everything except sports.
Does anyone know why this is?
Thanks

Hi lelly5,
The amount of recordings can differ from box to box as the Sky Anytime content can only be recorded if it is not clashing with your own recordings and also your box is powered on all the time. It also depends on the length of the content, if it has longer films that use more space then we can't record as much for you or if it is shorter programmes which use less space then we can add more of them.
This means that not all boxes will be the same and 19 programmes is an ok amount for that box.
Regarding the Sky+ box, the programmes are recorded from a different schedule and as all the content is in standard definition only it means it is possible to have more content for Sky Anytime than the Sky+HD box.
