We have noticed an increase in the number of posts coming into the Lounge board that are account related.
Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any posts relating to your Sky account, billing/payments, rewards, offers/gifts, complaints and cancellations, as this would require access to your account and to do so we would need you to go through our data protection process.
