Sky cannot guarantee a remote code for every TV which is manufactured. Sky’s remote finder will be able to answer most queries and should be the first place to check.
It appears there is no conventional remote code that will work with Panasonic models such as TX-48CX400B and TX-48CX300B, however, the Sky Community has been able to find a workaround 🙂
This is a two-step process; the first set of instructions will allow your TV’s volume will be controlled by the up/down arrows around the select button. The second set of instructions will move this ability to the volume control buttons.
- TV (top left of your Sky remote)
- Select and 0 (hold both buttons down together until you see the red light flash twice)
- 1117
- Select
- (test by pressing up/down buttons)
To move the volume control from the arrow buttons to the Volume +/- buttons…
- TV
- Select and 1 (hold both buttons until you see the red light flash twice)
- Select
- Sky (this tells your remote to control your Sky box again)
- (test volume control buttons)
