This week see's the launch of the 2018 Oracle programme. If you see the symbol above this means the message has been posted by a Community Oracle. Let me tell you a little more about Oracles and the Sky Community.
The Sky Community is full of very knowledgeable and supportive people, so you're sure to find someone who can point you in the right direction or share your love for your favourite show. Oracles are amongst the most active and engaged of our community members. They even take part in product beta trials and therefore get to see the cool new stuff first. Meet the 2018 Oracle team here.
How do I become an Oracle?
If you'd like to become an Oracle all you need to do is get involved! Each year, the most active and engaged members are invited by Community Managers to join us for a behind the scenes experience. Take a look at some snaps from our last event. Maybe you’ll join us next year?
You never know who you might bump into.
Why should you use the Community?
Last year the community answered thousands of questions and helped millions of people just like you. There are no queues, so take a look around and get involved.
The Community primarily offers customer-to-customer support, so, whether you’re an expert or a novice the Sky Community can help you find what you’re looking for.
Are staff active in the Community?
Community Managers are active and will often help by pointing you in the right direction, but primarily answers will come from other community members. If you're new to communities, you may find they can be a little daunting as it seems everyone knows so much. Our aim is to create an environment which provides you answers to questions and maybe have a chat about the big game or our favourite shows along the way.
I joined Sky in 2011 and haven't looked back since!
I am passionate about helping others and all things Sport. My favourite TV show changes all the time, but I bought The West Wing Box Set from Sky Store, which I regularly re-watch.
