PROBLEMS WITH BROADBAND.SAYS NO NETWORK ACCESS BUT AM EITHER CONNECTED TO SKY OR SAYS LIMITED ACCESS

last couple of days have had problems getting on line.google page comes up then i get message,no network access.i check and it says either not connected or limited access.this is so frustrating as i have had to go through troubleshooting which reconnects me. it will go off at different times. i have had channels reset twice by sky advisor and still not resolved problem.is this a laptop problem or are any other users experiencing this thanks

Good afternoon R-JESS,

 

It's great to hear from one of our Sky Broadband subscribers and I'm sorry to read that you have been having a bit of trouble when trying to connect to the internet using your laptop as I know how frustrating this problem can be. 

 

To let us try to figure out where this problem may lie, can you let me know if you continue to have this problem if you connect using an ethernet cable? If not, this would indicate that the problem will lie with the wireless connection so we can tailor the troubleshooting accordingly.
