Only started happening the last few weeks, peak time (evenings, w/e) speeds have started becoming very slow so using iplayer etc becomes impossible.
We are on the Bristol West exchange and live about 500 yards away from the exchange itself so have very good line stats:
However our internet speeds are very low:
I presume this is down to congestion in the exchange or some other technical issue at the exchange. Anyone else having the same problem with the Bristol West exchange?
