my bill

when i joined sky i was given 2free months,but they took 2mnths money,they then gave me another 2mnths free(FEBUARY/MARCH)2011. i had a few problems with my sat/dish,got fed up constant breaking down.so i gave them(SKY) 1months notice that i was fed up with the constant breaking down,i still am under the 2free mnths but they took another £17.20 off me through direct debit,still haven,t received the money they took out. i thought as i was still within the free mnths how should i be paying anything.i stop using sky on 25/03/11.

You are going to have to phone Sky up about this Andy as this is to do with your account and the folks on here don't have access to it.

Hi andyusher, you can view an explanation of the bill on My Sky under view my bill and there is also a live chat option available on the page for billing enquiries.

when signing up for my sky package the sales man informed me that i would recieve a paper bill each month some thing i require, i have not recieved any bill with the exception of my first bill, is there a reason for this.

You can check that the paper bills setting is correct by going online to MySky.com via sky.com. There's a £1 admin charge for each paper bill.
