I phoned customer services last night and changed my subscription. When I go to My Account it still shows my old subscription details and amount due. How long does it take for the website to update with the correct details, I would've thought it would be instant?!

When I added an extra TV mix onto my exsiting package it did take a little while for the website to be updated, not sure how long though.

I am totally disgusted at the way I have been spoken to and treated by SKy TV.
They have had since December to sort out my billing but continueously take out double my subscription and seem to not be able to answer what is happening. I have been really upset as I dont have the money to pay double each month for Tv when I have other bills.. I have spoken to at least 10 people from all over the world and still no joy. Feel totally drained by the full experience instead of enjoying my viewing. Sent emails which say they will be in contact in 48 hours and after one week you still dont hear a peep. Its a disgrace only interested in new customers or if your going to pay more money.
Please contact me urgently if you can resolve before it puts me in a early grave.

I have had exactly the same problem! They dont tell you when you sign up that you will be charged double for the first (god knows how many months - as this is the 3rd for me) They are quick enough to take your money but are useless when you have problems!

Hi, after the intital bill the only reason we should be charging a higher amount than normal, other than items which vary such as phone calls or PPV, should be missed payment(s) or that we are not receiving identifiable calls backs from multi-room boxes. Have you received any letters advising of a connection problem?

If I am not mistaken having a "Package" means making ONE monthly payment, not being billed separately and being overcharged along with it. I am NOT impressed with Sky at all. I am a new customer and have made endless calls to them to sort this out...I haven't spoken to an English speaking person yet!!!.....grrrr

While I don't know what your particular situation is if you are a new customer you might pay a little bit than one monthly payment because with Sky you always pay in advance so when you are new you will both from the date your service when live and for the next month.

New bills appear aprox 14 days before the money comes out of your account and the staement date will be the same each month.

Why are you charging me £4 extra on my bill as I pay my account by my Visa Debit card on the Internet? I would like you to take off this £4 from my present bill.
