Does anyone know if there is a dedicated telephone number / extension number for talking to someone regarding my sky bill?
The company that i have been working for has gone insolvent and i will not be receiving any wages / monies from them until the 23rd of this month, but my sky bill is due to be debited from my account on the 16th of this month and it is past the point of being able to change the payment due date.
Really don't want to incur bank charges due to there not being enough in the account to cover the debit, would be much easier if i could speak to somebody from sky billing / account management and see if it would be possible to deffer payment until the 23rd.

08442 414 141 and follow the options to billing, calling them and explaining will help greatly, they would rather know the payment is going to be late than find out afterwards what the problem was.

After all that, he basically just said cancel your direct debit and phone us to set up a new one to avoid bank charges lol, that was easier than i thought!![]()

i was informed by sky my bill was paid yet recieved a letter yesterday to say they would re apply for the bill due on the 4th

I would also like to get in contact with sky regarding my bill, I did try the number given but you need a touch phone I only have a mobile. HELP!

Can you not use somebody else's phone, a friend or neighbour perhaps. Failing that you could try the email route but you will probably have to wait a few days for a reply:

dear sirs or madam,i recently got a bill in for 46.21 dated 22nd december10,this bill was paid by phone on 24th december10,it also stated my services are suspended , what has happend my phone not been working from the 28th december10, i have just been a new customer with sky i do find a complete lack of communication and misunderstanding, with customer service and technical services,i would hope to get my phone services up and running soon,i have noted this error with my phone in my diary,which i do hope i not getting billed for no use of service,i hope to here from you soon on this by email or any othier way of communication,

Yes by phoning Sky - 08442 414 141. They are probably a bit late billing you because of the holiday season.

i payed my sky bill today three days late half hour later they took all my sky channels off cant ring them cos had no phone since 18 december no dial tone and just checked my acccount bill bin payed but they have canceled my sky movies subscription from 17 jan 11 im baffled cos ive payed my bill and i havent cancelled anything

I HAVE HAD JUST RECEIVED A LETTER DETAILING MY FUTURE PAYMENTS FOR THE SUM OF £81.50.I HAVE JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED TO HD ON A SKY OFFER OVER XMAS.MY UNDERSTANDING WAS IT WAS FREE FOR SIX MONTHS WITH A FREE BOX TO SELF INSTALL. MY DECEMBER PAYMENT WAS FOR £70 SO I AM ASKING WHY IS MY PAYMENTS GONE UP TO £81.50
