Some questions :)

[ Edited ]

Hello

a year ago i moved to my girlfriends house

she had contract with another company.

apparently she didn't pay the old company and they cut her connection.

well  because of my job i needed internet so i chose to have sky on my name.

Afterwards things got bad so i had to moved out and live with my parents.

well she asked me if i could let her use and have my internet in her house.

i agreed but i don't really trust her with the bills.

now the questions are:

1st ) can we block mobile phones so i wont end up with a huge unpaid bill on my name?

2nd) i'm only 10 months customer can i have frozen account because the house i live have already sky ?

3rd) if i move my connection to another house can she make contract with sky when she owns money to another company ?

4th)if i move my connection to my new house the contract will reset to 0 and i will have 12 months to be with sky again?

5th)whats the best solution now for me when i don't live with my ex and i can not move my internet to my new place?

6th) whats the cost if i wanna stop my contract with sky before 12 months?

thank you very much and i apologize for my English but its not my 1st language :smileyhappy:

Re: Some questions :)

Hello You cannot block any out going calls. you cannot freeze your account but you can cancel the phone and BB aspect and keep tv going untill the end of the contract. you cannot cancel within contract and your ex may not be able to get another supplier if they do not pay off the old supplier. Also to save money downgrade to the basic package.
