It is impossible to contact sky by email it is either listen to Aspirin type music and get offers shoved down you ear or buy a first class stamp (Snail Mail)

Hi manuel1, while we don't provide an email address it is possible to email us via the form on the contact us page. We also have a live chat service for billing issues which can be found on your billing page when logged into My Sky.

To whom it may concern
We are both disabled, and are moving to a flat in April (no garden) which does not allow sky aerials at all as it uses cable for all tenants. The problem is we have a contract till November, but cannot afford both SKY and cable on our pensions. We are having to move as my husband cannot do the gardens anymore due to great pain. Sky are refusing to offer any compromise at all. We are looking for a sympathetic ear. We do not want to just cancel the direct debit, as it may give us a bad credit rating.
Can anyone help us?

Hi kevin+brewer, you can find the right number on the contact us page. A STD (Subscriber Trunk Dialling) code is the old term for an area code for example 0131.

As your customer services could not help me regarding my latest excessive sky Talk line rental yesterday, I would like to Inform you that I had been charged for my sky Talk line rental since 10-01-2011, but I was not able to used my phone until 01-02-2011, the day my telephone socket was installed. I was also charged further two months line rental which I believed should not have been charged as I was offered my line rental free for 6 months.
Therefore, It would be appreciated If you would make the correction and re-embers the money taken from my account. Thanking you.

i have been struggling to rectify my bill , i called so many time sky phone which is nightmare (long wait) they said they cant help, i need to email to customer relation team. and i cant find their adress on website. this is very poor services, i ever come across. i dont know how i can get my money back. i have already spend 20 pound on phone calls to sky.

plz help me rectify my bill, i changed my house and in my new house i hv alreay sky tv
+ broadband. i called sky then give me plan that i can pay 14 pound every month, but cant cancel
i agreed, sky send me confirmaton letter, but latter they charged me 20 pound every month, i have been
struggling to rectify it. i did call to sky on phone but they says email to customer relatonship. i am realy annoyed with sky services. plz help me

You will have to phone Sky as you can't sort out issues with your account on this forum as you can't post your personal details on here as it is an open internet forum wghich everbody can read.

i contacted sky billing about my account on the 27/02/11 (they are taking out a lot more money from my bank account than agreed) they couldnt help at that time and said they woulsd email me within 72 hours it is now the 3/3/11 and im still waiting

You will have to call Sky about this as it relates to your acount and nobody on here will know who you are as you have to giev Sky personal deatils which can not be posted on an open forum like this for security reasons.
It could be that they have taken £20 because with Sky you pay in advance, so you would be paying for the current month and the next one but you will have to call to find out for sure.
