You can put in a complaint via various methods:
I have tried calling and get the same people who refuse to put me through to a manager and your online chat is constantly busy.. I am not writing to not get a response. I would like to speak to the sky customer service manager in and English call centre
Please be aware that this is a peer to peer customer forum. Sky won't respond to your post here.
I don't know of any way you can choose the call centre that answers your call, I'm afraid. I think all you can do is either write in to Sky with your complaint or raise it with the customer service adviser that takes your call.
