i use my laptop to connect to my sky router (sagem) and even when Im in the same room it keeps disconnecting. its very frustrating as my wifi on laptop ps3 and ipod is rubbish - can anybody help please otherwise im going to change supplier. fed up

Not good to meet under these circumstances and sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
Are you connected to the router wired or wireless? Have you completed troubleshooting steps? Can you tell me what you have tried so i can check in to this further for you and assist you with this matter?
Have you contacted the Technical team?

i have run the troubleshooter but it doesnt help. i havent contacted the tech team. eacg time it prompts me to connect automatically each timer and then goes limited again. ut happens even when i'm in the same room so it cant be the distance or the laptop as it happens with all our devices. who can i call to discuss?
