Do you know what speed you receive with your broadband? If not you can check using the steps here.
Does this happen with all content?
Does it happen at a specific point while you are watching?
Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
Which device are you using to try and view Sky Go?
If you can answer the questions above we can hopefully get this sorted.
