Issues that affect all paying customers should be aired in the open. Sky are deceiving customers and potential customers by telling them they can add up to 4 devices when paying extra for sky go extra. In reality what you will find is you can make ONE change per month after the registering the four devices. If you don't know what your doing at the outset BEWARE you will suddenly find you're on the phone to sky support as you can't watch anything because you thought you could drop one device and add another. After that first mistake you will have to wait another month to make a change or register another device.
Sky support don't send me a PM just tell the paying public EXACTLY how it works from the outset

Indeed they are so why not make it very clear in your advertising. Like "With Skygo extra you can register up to four devices BUT ....read on" If you can have up to four devices and watch any two at one time great but try educating a minor how your T&C's work and how adding and changing devices affects what you can watch. Stupid and not very friendly is it?
Also parental PIN ....stupid and channels sorted numerically only, plain daft or just poor coding and development gone into the receiver software.
