I have plugged an ethernet cable into my sky + box and from there into my broadband box, at first the message flashed onscreen to say connected , but I havent got the same options as per the demo video on Sky's website.
anything else i can do? is my ethernet cable faulty?

Please click on this link and follow the set up steps to connect to the Wired On Demand Service.
If you are still having problems please re-connect the Ethernet cable at both ends. If you are still unable to view please try another Ethernet cable.
