I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue at the moment. What we would ask you to do is first delete and un-install the app along with Microsoft silverlight, reboot your device and then download the service once again.
If this is unsuccessful it may well be worth trying to view the service through a different web browser as this can sometimes help.
