I am running silverlight 5 on a windows 8.1 machine but cannot watch anything live on skygo.com as I get a message tellinng me to upgrade silverlight, but I am on eth latest version of silverlight.

I can however watch items that I download.

Does anyone know how to get wround this?

Hi elyobnibor,

Thank you for the post.

There have been some issues with Silverlight 5 on a number of devices.

It may be down to the browser you are using, can you try using an alternative browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and see if the problem persists.

Customers have found that the problem is down to Silverlight 5 and relates to fonts with an ampersand "&" in the name (e.g. AT&T font).

Use Typrograf to look for fonts with an ampersand, and delete these.

Then uninstall SilverLight via the Control panel, re-install when prompted to do so by Sky Go and see if this problem is resolved.

Let me know how you get on,

Thanks,

Laura-W..

Check this link for a list of supported operating systems and browsers.

Thanks,
