I had sky+HD installed recently, when trying to view box office message above is given? Also a similar message is given when trying to use search function. Anyway to resolve this, ive tried the obvious (waiting & resetting)?

I get this occasionally as well. For some reason when the Default Transponder is anything other than 07d4. I have no idea why. Best leave it, maybe a reboot at the mains will sort it.
