"Box Office Unavailable. Please Try again later"

I had sky+HD installed recently, when trying to view box office message above is given? Also a similar message is given when trying to use search function.  Anyway to resolve this, ive tried the obvious (waiting & resetting)?

Try a Planner Rebuild, then wait 5 minutes before booting up the box to view.

Thanks I think I may of tried this before. Tried again however but seems to have made no difference.

I get this occasionally as well.  For some reason when the Default Transponder is anything other than 07d4.  I have no idea why.  Best leave it, maybe a reboot at the mains will sort it.
