pay per view

was just onto sky there trying to charge us for movies we did not order,myself and my husband did not order them and my kids are 2 young 2 order them its driving me crazy cause they were ordered in the middle of the night when we were all in bed will cancel my a/c with them if they dont sort it  im a customer 4 11 yrs its very annoying they just wont listen!!!!
