no phonelines, no dial tone, no broadband.

I am unable to contact you by phone as my lines are down since 3-1-12. I have called from my mobile and was told the cost of the call would be £2 per min so cut off. I have no other way of contacting you. Help. Call me on my mobile <Removed>or email me on <Removed> to resolve this problem.Linda

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you are having with your phone but as this is your first post let me start by welcoming you to our community.


When you say your line is down do you have a dial tone?
