my sky broadband keeps dropping connection up to 5 times a day phone lines brilliant just the router thinking of leaving sky broadband and going with virgin tried all the steps possible over the phone and by the net but still the same. im not happy at all sort yourselfs out sky.

If you are using a wireless connection then try our article on Troubleshooting Wireless Connection Issues as they should help with any issues with wireless.
When following these steps it would be worthwhile to try connecting to your test socket with a different microfilter to see if this has any affect on the issue.
