Hi there, hoping someone can help me. We have the original Sky box installed in the main lounge and we use the red eye device to watch the same channels in all other rooms. We have recently being givng a Sky HD (the recordable one) from a friend moving house and when we switch over the boxes, the HD box works perfectly on the man TV but the other TVs are not receving a signal. The 3 red eye devices are connected using a splitter box in the attic from the man TV to the others.
If anyone has any ideas it would be helpful.

You'll have to change the RF Channel Number in the RF Outlet settings on the new HD box to what it is on the original Sky box. Otherwise the other tv's will not be tuned to receive the Sky signal from the HD box.
To access, press Services 0 0 1 and press 'Select' to access the hidden menu. Note that there is no onscreen response when you press the second '0' and '1', the hidden menu appears when you press 'Select'.
Scroll to 'RF Outlets', and change the RF Channel Number. Also switch ON 'RF Outlet Power Supply' and then press green to save these settings.
You may need to rescan the analogue channels on the remote tv's in order to perfectly receive the Sky signal.

It's the remote tv's ( ie those tv's in all the other rooms) that may need to be re-scanned, but only if there's a problem receiving the Sky signal after you've changed the RF Channel Number on the Sky HD box to what it is/was on the original Sky box.
