Hi judith+augustine

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having setting up your Sky Wireless Booster - If your router is WPS enabled have you tried setup using this method?

If you are unsure about this please click here to visit the setup page. This also gives advice on how to reset the device if you are still facing issues.

Let us know how you get on!

Not sure why this old post jumped to the top of the forum.

Anyway.

1) Plug Wireless Booster into Hub with ethernet cable

2) Click: http://192.168.0.1/

3) Click Maintenance

4) Login with username of admin and password of sky

5) Click Attached Devices

6) Copy & Paste the IP address for skywirelessbooster into the browser

7) Login with password of sky

Oliver.

Hello and Good Evening evelyndavies13,

Thank you for your first post to the community and welcome to the Sky Help Forum.

Due to the extremely high demand for our Wireless Booster Campaign we have had to bring the free Sky Wireless Booster offer to a close.

We are no longer taking orders or registrations for the free Booster.

Customers who have already ordered a booster should receive it within 28 days and customers who have registered for a booster will be emailed in the next couple of months to let them know when we have more stock.

Please keep an eye out for more exciting Sky promotions at My Sky Offers page.

If I can help with anything else please post again on the relevant board and we will assist you further.

Kind Regards
