I have been trying this since 8am this morning and have spoken to Sky about 10am over the internet and they have told me to wait a minimum of 2 hours as the link isn't working due to the amount of people wanting the same thing. Rest assured Sky will sort the problem out soon as I know Sky have been good with problem solving before. The offer doesnt end until the 30th of December so there is no need to panic just yet. The issue 'seems' to be resolved now and lets me complete an order for this. Previously I was just being presented with an account 'upgrade' button. Now the site let me order the booster and I am shown an order number for tracking... So try now and it should work

just phoned sky and got a woman saying she was the "sky concierge" she said they are having trouble with the link and should be fixed later today.however when i tried to apply a while ago i didnt get the error message but it went through ok eccept it now wants to charge me an extra £20 a month and increased my monthly dd by that amount.whats going on ?? £20 per month for a free offer isnt a freebie is it.
