extending cables on sky+hd box

hi i`m wondering if its possible to extend the cables on my sky+hd box as i want to move it to the other side of the living room. if so how do i go about it?

Hi.

 

you will need a telephone extension cable, and two satellite aerial cables.

 

You can purchase pre-made f-type satellite cables from shops such as maplins, and femail to femail connectors so you can join on to the existing aerial cable.

 

you can purchase the connectors (f-type x4) and cable (satellite shelded cable x2 lengths) and do it your self so you can measure the exact length you require

 

Or for £65, Sky can assyst.
