It's not good reading to see you are having Broadband trouble, can you tell me what lights are appearing on your your router please? Can you confirm whether or not you have tried these steps for connection issues?
Could you also tell me what telephone socket you are in please?
If you could answer these questions for me please and post back, we will try to see if we can help you further.
