broadband wireless security key incorrect

After months of problems regarding moving home with sky i now cannot access my wireless router. It works fine connected via the lead but when i try to connect wirelessly the password is incorrect. I have typed it in correctly and have used capitals but it still says incorrect! Sky themselves seem totally useless so i thought i'd give you guys a try. Please help!!!!

Re: broadband wireless security key incorrect

Connect with ethernet cable open your internet browser and enter

192.168.0.1 in the address bar press enter, username admin and

password sky.

You don't say what router you have so if white click "wireless settings"

if black click the "Setup" tab, next scroll down to the security options

section from default the sky router will have a dot in WPA-PSK and the Network

Key will be shown below this should match whats printed on the base of the

router, 8 letters in Caps no numbers.

If all that checks out, at the rear of the router is a reset hole, keep that pressed

for 15 seconds, and try to connect again and if you get a error message can you post here

exactly what it says word for word.
