I am unable to purchase Sky Movies from the Box Office as it says I have insufficient credit??!! Surely the amount is just added to my bill?!

Generally speaking you are correct Sky Box Office Movies/Events are simply added to your account and are collected on your next direct debit payment.
If you have ordered and viewed a substantial amount (approximately £35) of Box Office programming recently it is likely that you have reached a preset credit limit.
If this is the case it will clear itself over the next few weeks.
If you haven't ordered and viewed Box Office programming to this value over the last 4 weeks then please do get back in touch and we can investigate further.

No I haven't ordered any Box Office Movies..... ever I think! I would be grateful if this problem/issue could be rectified as the screen message makes it sound like I need to almost 'top up' money on my account?! I have no arrears and pay monthly....??!!
