Hello i have exactly the same problem with my daughters phone.
I purchased her a blackberry 9360 for christmas and when using voip on the sky router its muted her end and cant be used. Have tried 2 sky routers as the last one was replaced last week and exactly the same problem.
Please help ?

Can I ask what VOIP service you are using? Have you contacted your VOIP suppliers at all to make sure that there are no particular settings required?
Can I also ask you to clarify if you have tried a different WiFi network?
