Track and Redeem Information Incorrect

Track and Redeem Information Incorrect

I introduced a friend on 190513 and they signed up using the unique ID in the email. The box was installed on 250513 and the first subscription has been paid. I have not received any confirmation email from Sky and even after 60 days since the install my Track and Redeem status is still ' awaiting response'


Is this normal?
