In a nutshell. Activated full service package 051013. 8 calls to sky customer service. Had 3 emergency internal mails sent to the VOUCHER team ? No vouchers no responses. Checked spam on a daily basis. Vouchers not arrived. Very disheartened upset and disappointed that Sky cannot get it right. Will definitely reconsider installing sky at the hotel I run with my wife. No Vouchers. Very poor service. Would not introduce or recommend a friend. Where are my vouchers and who will be reimbursing me for calling and listening to hold music !!!
