I would suggest a software update to ensure your box is running on the latest version.
If you still have the same issue then I would recommend a full system reset - please bear in mind that this procedure will wipe your box completely so you should watch all recordings and take a note of any planned recordings before starting this procedure.
If after all that the problem persists then the next step will be a replacement box.
