I have had a wee read over this thread and can see that the light is not lighting up for a few of you, is this causing any technical issues with your services? Or do you just want it to light up?

Thank you for getting back in touch with us about the light on your Sky Hub not lighting up when connected to your Sky+HD box.
Can you confirm if you have tried all the ethernet ports on the back of your Hub?

Thank you for replying. Just so I understand all other devices are picking up your Sky Broadboard Connection except your Sky box, when connected via the SkyHub (by Ethernet cable). Is this correct?
