Sky not giving M&S Vouchers - is this right?

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong part of the forum for this but am new here.

 

I joined sky a few weeks ago and took out the hd box with phone, line rental and broadband. I inquired the other day where my free M and S vouchers were and have been advised that I wont be recieving them as I instead got the offer of a free hd box and the phone installation for £10 instead of £39.

 

Is this right? I have checked on the website and rebuilt the bundle I ordered and it says that I should be recieving them with my package.

I'm having to spend a little more time looking into this process and I'm discussion with someone who can give me an answer to this.

Hi rob0282,

 

I can confirm you should get the vouchers as you've joined online and once you are active they are sent and it can take up to 45 days to receive these.

 

If the 45 day period has surpassed to no avail,  the next step can be found here.
