hi, i have had the nexus 10 since launch week, and have heard sky constantly promise they will fix the issue of not being able to view sky on the nexus 10. i would really appreciate if you can uphold previous promises made, so we can watch what we are paying for on our tablets like everybody else.

We are continuing to develop support for a wide range of Android tablet devices throughout 2013. At present we cannot provide specific dates or devices which will be supported however, we will communicate any developments on this forum first.

If you go to the other Nexus 10 thread there is a method on there to get it working which works perfectly as long as you are willing to root your device. Sky claim that rooted devcies won't work but following the method on their (its a link to the XDA site) it will work perfectly.
Sadly that just goes to show what Sky are telling us isn't 100% true. Sorry Sky but it does.

I don't know for sure but I hear the stream quality on the Nexus 10 is quite poor using that workaround. This is one of the technical things we are working around here, which in turn delays the release.

You hear wrong I'm afraid, it works lovely on my N10 and my Galaxy 10.1. It is actually a smoother working and better image than the one on my mrs ipad.
The bad quality rumour has only been talked about by Sky staff trying to put people off using the work around, from what I have seen on forums it works well for the majority and only goes sketchy at high demand times just like the ipads.

It has been said before that we have no interest in trying to discourage people using that workaround.
As long as it's not breaking the law, customers do it at their own risk and accept that it is not endorsed by Sky and we cannot offer support to anyone using Sky Go on unsupported devices and the quality works for you then it is your choice.
(words to this effect used back in January on the device spoofing stuff - was copied over to XDA as well)
It's like anything in life, a [risk/effort: reward] trade off
