If you are having issues trying to connect to a Local Service with your wireless connection try re-setting your router again and follow the troubleshooting steps if you have a Sky broadband set up.
If you are using another IPS provider try the following link, if this dose not help you may need to contact your broadband provider to change the wireless settings.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty in setting up your On Demand service. We have created a help article to give a step by step guide to set up which you can find here.
Also we have identified an issue which is affecting some Customers who are connecting to On Demand through a 3rd party Broadband service. If you are connecting through an ISP other than Sky Broadband you may require to amend your internet settings to receive On Demand. A guide to this can be found here
