Sky Go login

Hi am new to sky go have tried to register my device (iPhone) but its saying I have my limit BUT I have no devices registered. Have tried device manager and additional users but says I can't change anything as I am secondary user!!! Which I am not I am primary user, am a little confused could someone pls help. Thank you

Hi mccann84, it may be best to recover your primary Sky iD.


To do this click on sign in on My Sky. Select forgotten username and identify yourself using your Sky account details.


You can then use the forgotten password link to reset the password.
