I have been through the trouble shooting stems but no joy. Whenever i launch sky go i get the message
"Apologies, this item has been interupted due to an error. Please click play to resume watching. [t:3142 / c:4110]"
I had a fan replaced in the computer earlier in the week and since getting my laptop back this has been the problem.

To be able to help further can you please confirm what steps you have tried?
Can you advise what software you are using and what programs are you getting this issue on, is it happening on all channels and is the issue happening on live streaming or downloaded programs?
Also are you having issues on any other devices and is there any other error codes displayed?

I am using a HP laptop on Windows 7.
I am having this problem with both downloaded and streaming programmes. I have checked my date and time are correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight (both the most upto date and an older version).
I am also having a problem using windows media player. Maybe these two issues are linked?
