I try and watch programmes but it just says 'Apaologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error. Please click plato to resume watching.[t:3222 / c:4110]'.
I've tried restarting my computer and re-logging in but it does not work.

Try uninstalling Microsoft Silverlight off your computer and then reboot the PC. When it has started up again go to use Sky Go again and it should prompt you to install silverlight which you need to do again, once this has been done hopefully you will not see that message again.
