Sky Go - Manage Devices

Hi 

I have been trying to register a device but have been unsuccessful. 

 

I tried to register my Iphone 4s then i realised  there is ab  iphone already registered (on my phone i got a message adviing the user limit had been reached) so i then tried to register a laptop but it is not reconising the laptop. I went in to the manage device section and only one device is registered so i should be able to register the laptop???

 

Any ideas what i need to do? 

 

Can you have two iphones registered or does it have to be two different devices?

You can have two iphones registered.

 

What happens when you try to login to Sky Go on your iphone and laptop, what message do you get, if any ?

I have the same problem, Only my Xbox is registered and I can't seem to register my iPad. It says limit reached unable to register this device!

In this case you will have to wait until 1st December to be able to register your ipad.
