I'm running the Sky Go Desktop app on a Mac running Mountain Lion. The app keeps freezing during play (approx a dozen times in the last three months), forcing me to do a forced shutdown of my computer. When the computer restarts the app displays all three buttons (Play, Resume, Restart - see image) but none of them function. In the past i have been able to resolve this by re-installing Silverlight and the SkyGo Desktop app, but on this occasion that has not resolved the issue.
Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem? And when are Sky going to produce more reliable apps, I know of other people who've had a lot of problems with the web player.
