Series Link not working on Sky HD box, a planner rebuild has been tried as well?
I click record on a programme (i.e. Fringe tonight) that I know is on every week yet it just sets the one episode to record. It has only just started doing this and I've already tried a planner rebuild. The box is a black with a grey strip tip across the front style, 60gig Sky+ HD box, Model number on the back shows: HDSKY

I would suggest completing a power cycle first, by switching the box off at the mains for 5 minutes. If this doesn't work, then try a planner rebuild again.
If the issues then still occur, then the next step would be a full system reset, which would result in your losing all of your recordings from your planner. This is the last step in regards to carrying out troubleshooting.
