We are aware that a small number of customers have been experiencing issues maintaining a stable wireless connection on ‘Sagemcom F@ST2304’ routers.
Turning the router off and on will usually help resolve the issue temporarily. However, as a short term measure it’s recommended that, if the issue persists, you turn off the wireless connection on your PC or laptop and connect using the yellow Ethernet cable supplied with your router. You can find help setting up a wired connection here.
To turn off Wireless on your Router:
We have identified the cause of the problem and are working on a firmware update to resolve this issue. Testing is under way and we hope to rollout the automatic firmware upgrade in the next few weeks. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. We’ll keep you updated on the Sky Help forum.
If you are using a wired connection and you continue to experience stability issues this could be due to a fault with your broadband connection, you can find help to resolve a slow or unstable Broadband connection here

We’re pleased to confirm that the firmware update to all Sagem routers has been completed for the majority of customers. The new firmware should resolve the wireless instability issues that a small number of customers have been experiencing.
To check if your router has the new firmware:
If your router doesn’t have the latest version please ensure that it remains connected and powered on overnight as we will be rolling out the firmware to the small number of remaining routers over the net
If your wireless signal was switched off this can now be turned back on by following the steps below:
