We have no signal in EN4 - yes, it's snowing, but nowhere near as bad as the last lot. Message No 29 and according to Sky website - there are no TV problems but I can see from this forum that it's all over the place ........

Im in CM18, and got no signal. I managed to get through to Sky and its the Snow Clouds that is affecting everywhere. If we still have no signal in the morning, we are to ring Sky and let them know

ok, so after waiting 30 minutes for a Sky Customer Services Advisor I was told it is a build up of snow on the dish.I said it wasnt as I had been out and cleared the dish and it is a fairly sheltered position so doesnt get caked in snow. He then said it was ice on the dish or the dish is too cold (!) or the cloud cover!! The moral of the story is they are advising all customers to just "wait it out". Cheers for that Sky!

No signal here in Hertfordshire (Cuffley) either. Nothing since last night.
Can't belive it's the snow, as was not effected during the really heavy stuff a few weeks ago.
Looks like some sort od wide area outage?
