My broadband connection keeps dropping out

My broadband connection keeps dropping out, it seems to me that this started happening when I connected my Sky HD box.

Last week the connection went completely, this turned out to be the router.

I swapped it with a spare I had from when the power supply failed earlier this year and Sky sent a replacement but the sporadic dropping out is still the same.

Also when the broadband is connected it is a lot slower than it used to be.

 

This is getting very frustrating, please help!!

Can you try this troubleshooting to see if this helps.

 

Change the channel and also do the slow Broadband troubleshooting.
