My Phone says check phone line

I have no dialling tone and cannot make or receive calls. When I call from outside it just rings continually. I have plugged a phone directly into the main test socket and still nothing. I did notice a BT man up a telegraph pole in our street this morning and just assumed he would be fixing ours too, but unfortunately not. I have been without a phone now for two days!!! HELP!!!

Sorry to see you are having these issues.

 

Can you try the troubleshooting for no dial tone and let me know if this helps at all?

I received an email from sky earlier saying the line has been tested and there's a fault on the line. Thank you.

Sorry you are having issues can you try the troubleshooting for no dial tone and let me know how you get on?

 

Also are you having issues with your broadband?
