M&S Voucher still not received??

Our Sky Talk and Broadband went live at the beginning of april, our TV went live 3 weeks ago and we still haven't had our M&S £50 voucher yet? any ideas why this hasn't arrived? Its not been caught by any spam/junk mail filter either as I've checked.

First of all welcome to the Sky Help Forum and thanks for sharing your issue with the community.

 

If this was a reward for being a new customer then you will have to wait up to 45 days from when your account went active to receive these vouchers.

 

If that time scale passes and you still don't have your vouchers then we can investigate that further.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, is the 45 days from when the tv subscription went active or when any services went active, e.g. the broadband and phone?

That will be when the account goes active so the activation of your viewing card when your TV was installed.
